are accepted through PayPal.com. Paypal is a easy and secure way
to use your credit card online. Sales tax will be 9 1/2%.
Shipping:
We ship USPS Priority Mail and Delivery confirmation is included
for all packages. Our shipping charges are listed below, please
add the fee to any money order or check orders. I
will email you a confirmation invoice when I receive your order
with your totals. All bows are mailed securely in boxes to
prevent damage; they may need just a little fluffing upon
arrival.

Delivery
Time:
Please remember that all of our items are made specifically for
you and are handmade when you order them. Most
items ship within 2 weeks from the date of purchase, and then
allow for the appropriate delivery time. If we are experiencing
a high volume of orders and our processing time is delayed, we
will post the current turnaround time on the Home Page. Please
allow 4 - 5 days for your items to arrive once they have been
shipped. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, however we
cannot guarantee postal delivery times. Overnight shipping is
available at a higher fee, please contact us if this service is
needed.
Refunds/Exchanges:
Due to the fact that ALL items are custom made to your
specifications, we do not allow for refunds or exchanges.
HOWEVER, if there is an error on our part with the final
product, please notify us and we will help correct the
situation. We do not accept returns on any incorrect items that
have been worn or that are not in the condition that it was
mailed to you. We will accept incorrectly made item claims
within 7 days upon you receiving your shipment.

the monogram spelling, letter placement (exactly how you would
like it to be shown on the bow), thread color, bow color, knot
color and barrette choices.

have ribbon that is not shown. If there are any other questions
